Your use of Cineica is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms.

Your photos

Cineica processes your photos on your iPhone. You own every photo you take or import with Cineica, and we claim no rights to them.

Paid features

Cineica may later offer optional paid features. Any purchase is made through the App Store and handled by Apple under its terms.

No warranty

Cineica is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app.

Changes

If these terms change, this page and its effective date will be updated.
